Ventriloquist Bride Shows Off New Granny Dummy WICHITA, KS -- Andrea McElfresh, known as the Ventriloquist Bride because she only wears bridal gowns during her comedy shows, displayed her latest dummy this week, a talking, life-like grandmother. The Granny Dummy debuted recently on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and will be seen tonight on Late Night with David Letterman. The ever resourceful and creative McElfresh also is the originator of Brother Dummy and Father Dummy. The Brother Dummy comes in a variety of sizes, complections, moods, and hair lengths. Father Dummy has not met with much commercial success. Reports indicate that he said his piece, retired, and disappeared from public life.
